Where we ship
Dwellio ships worldwide. Alongside domestic delivery within Sri Lanka and our United Kingdom, United States and Australia routes, we now deliver to every other country too. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

These are estimates, not guarantees. They exclude weekends and public holidays and do not include dispatch time. Carrier delays and customs inspections can occasionally add time, and some rest-of-world destinations may take longer depending on local customs and postal handling.
Tracking your order
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating — that is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Import duties and taxes
Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout. These charges are set by your country, not by us.
Wrong address?
Email admin@dwellio.store as quickly as you can. If the order has not been dispatched we can usually correct it. Once it is with the carrier, we cannot change the destination.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving for more than seven business days, get in touch. Send a photo if there is visible damage and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
